Todd Coleman brings more than 25 years of experience in residential lending to the First Citizens team. Todd is a graduate of Lexington High School and Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service and Mortuary Science. Todd entered the mortgage industry after studying business at Coastal Carolina University. With an emphasis on mortgage loans for healthcare providers and executives, Todd has established a strong network throughout the Southeast. Todd's experience includes construction, purchase and re-finance transactions for borrowers from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds with individualized financial goals.
