Philip Newstedt has been in the mortgage industry since 2003 and has originated  loans under multiple types of loan programs including Conventional, FHA, and VA. Philip prides himself on providing great customer service and his customers are his number one focus. Philip had been a loan officer with OneWest/CIT Bank starting in 2009 and now very pleased to be part of the FirstCitizen’s Bank family. 

It was his degree in Business/Marketing from California State University Fullerton and family history in Real Estate which helped guide him into Home Lending.
