Katrina Hart Lorick comes to First Citizens with 25+ years of experience in the finance and banking industry.  Before joining the team at First Citizens, she was employed and retired from Bank of America where she began her career in Charlotte, NC, in October 1997.  She relocated with Bank of America to her home in Columbia, SC, May 2002 upon being wed.  At Bank of America, she received numerous accolades, but was more recently recognized and awarded for the “One Team” concept, as well as, superb customer satisfaction.  A daughter, wife, mother of two children plus a bonus daughter and the grandmother of three boys, she enjoys spending time with her family and helping those in need.  She volunteers with a nutrition program in the Columbia SC area, Meals on Wheels and a homeless recovery center, Transitions by serving meals to the less fortunate.  Additionally, she donates her time caring for the elderly.  Since Katrina is so compassionate about those in need, she demonstrates that same concern with first time home buyers.  She remembers purchasing her home and the importance of understanding how the step by step process works.  Katrina realizes that the home buying process has many moving parts and offers the end to end process because she believes that those who have the desire to become homeowners should pursue the American dream of homeownership.  While she understands each buyer is different, she uses personal testimonies for borrowers and provides the best lending solutions for their specific needs.
