I am part of First Citizens Bank working as a Mortgage Banker/Loan Officer, licensed by the State of California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, and specialized in Bank Community Reinvestment Programs (CRA). I am also a USC Graduate with a master’s in business administration. My job is to inform real estate agents and buyers about bank grants, as well as cities, counties, and state down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers.

 

I am passionate about real estate education; I firmly believe that a vital education liberates dreams and makes them come true. I want to inspire real estate professionals and first-time homebuyers to take full advantage of the opportunities available to them by sharing my knowledge, experience, and background; I am determined to create a positive impact, give my best to try to remedy market inequities, and inequalities and leave a strong legacy.

 

I am a man who loves to travel with my wife and two kids to learn about different cultures, meet cool people, and appreciate the history of the places I visit. I also love large bodies of water; I used to row and surf in Lima, and now I enjoy paddle-boarding with my daughter and swimming in the Ocean.
